Confirmation & Cancellation Policy
 

Sending us your reservation, the first person (group leader) mentioned in the reservation is considered authorized. The group leader (the person making the reservation) is responsible for making the payment of the reservation. Group leader must be over 18 years of age at the time of booking.


Payment
 

Prices include VAT.

At the time of booking, you will be asked for full payment or deposit for the service you have chosen.

If the payment does not reach us, your reservation will not be valid.


Booking Confirmation


We will confirm your reservation after you fill in information for the services you request and make the payment. An invoice will be sent for your confirmed reservation via email or whatsapp.

When you receive the invoice, please check immediately so that there is no mistake in your reservation.

In case of any mistake/confusion regarding your reservation, please contact us.


Prices


Prices on our website may change from time to time due to exchange rates and other factors. If you make your reservation, we guarantee that the price written on your invoice is valid.


Special Requests

 

If you or someone in your group has a special need during the service you request, you must specify this at the time of booking.

The medical need / disability status of you or someone in your group must be stated at the time of booking.

If we reasonably feel unable to properly accommodate the particular needs of the person concerned, we must reserve the right to decline their reservation. If the stated reasons are not notified at the time of booking and the cancellation is made due to the stated reasons, no refund will be made.


Alterations and Cancellations Made by You
 

If there is a change / cancellation of your reservation, contact us as soon as possible.

 

Alterations :

It is always possible to make changes to your reservations.

Additional fees may apply when requesting changes. When a change is made in the reservation, the original invoice will be deemed invalid, and a re-formed invoice will be sent to you.


Cancellations :

Cancellations made up to 10 days before the start of the service will be fully refunded.

Cancellations made 3-4 days before the start of the service will be half refunded.
No refund for cancellations within 2 days before the start of the service.

You can easily change the date and time of the service you have booked, or even swap it with another service. If you make the change at least 3 days before the service starts, there will be no fee for the changing your reservation.


Alterations and Cancellations Made by Us

If the service you have booked is canceled by us due to weather conditions and any similar reasons, we offer you 2 options to choose from:

  1. You can make changes on your reservation with the alternative service we offer you.

  2. You can cancel your reservation and get a full refund of your payment.

All personal information you provide is kept confidential in our secure database and will not be passed on to third parties unless necessary for us to provide you with the services you have booked.
When paying by credit card, your credit card information is not kept in our database.
Appropriate security measures have been taken to protect your information.
